Ahhh, Spring. The trees, they are blooming; the days, they are getting longer; and the engagement sessions, they are a-happening!
Amanda knew from the get-go that she wanted her and Andrew’s session to take place in nature, with plenty of woods and tree buds. Add in a little waterfall and a field of mustard flowers and Herndon’s Frying Pan Park became the clear winner and perfect location! Like a champions, Amanda and Andrew strolled through the nature trails in dress clothes (and heels for Amanda!), and made it look like a cakewalk. These two with their quiet but sweet dispositions have so much love for each other, and they made it a joy to have them in front of my lens!
As the evening went on, clouds rolled by and it looked like it might be a stormy night, but we persevered through the sprinkling of rain and MAN OH MAN were we rewarded! The sunset that finished out A+A’s session was one of my favorites ever, and made for a pretty stellar backdrop as we frolicked through wide open fields. (And did our best impersonations of Iron and Wine album covers… you’ll see!) I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from Amanda and Andrew’s session! Enjoy!
