Rain had shown up on the 10-day forecast and looked to spoil Crystal and Scott’s plans. Crystal emailed me, concerned, but I told her not to worry too much. The forecast can shift so quickly and, even if it did rain, we’d roll with it all the same.
But when the day finally came, there was hardly a cloud in the sky. The sun shone outside while Crystal’s bridesmaids helped her put on her dress, the rays came down while Scott got the first glimpse of his bride walking down the aisle towards him, the brand new Mr. and Mrs. shared a sun-kissed first kiss and we were treated so one heckuva gorgeous golden hour during portraits—it was honestly the perfect day! Just goes to show that Mother Nature never follows a game plan anyways ;)
And just as the weather fell perfectly into place, so did the whole of Crystal and Scott’s day! From the beautiful gold accents all over 1757’s ballroom, to the epic dance floor movies, to their romantic sparkler exit, everything was a complete fairytale and I was so honored to be a part.
